Tribute to Roger Law, 1951 - 2024

"We'll have to see what the lawyer thinks about that" was a frequent quip on Have I Got News For You. If that lawyer was Roger, he was often laughing at it and then finding a watertight way to let that gag stay in. The show was better for his wise and calm advice. Both I and my colleagues in BBC Entertainment Commissioning were always grateful and happy to have Roger working on our shows. Thank you and sending condolences to his family and friends.
