Tribute to Roger Law, 1951 - 2024

I have picked Roger's incredible brains since 1988 while working as a junior hack in radio Norfolk. I was working on my own so relied heavily ( I would now admit too heavily) on the legal department ). His advice and sense of humour has always been second to none. He was heavily involved in defending a libel case brought against one of my reports about waiting list fiddling in the NHS, which we eventually won after a High Court hearing. He never wavered throughout and was always urging the BBC to fight the case. I am so sad to hear of Roger's untimely death. He will be hugely missed.
